My name is Christian Davenport, and I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in Entertainment Business after graduating with a Game Design degree from Full Sail University in June 2024. I’m excited to have come this far and even more excited to keep growing and finding my place in the gaming industry, especially in the world of card games and the communities around them.

I’ve always been drawn to games. When I was in 7th grade, I decided I wanted to work on games and found Full Sail while researching colleges that could help me reach that goal. The idea of a school designed to help students pursue their dreams stuck with me, and now, after two years that flew by, I’m proud to be continuing my journey with a master’s degree. Over time, I’ve realized my true passion isn’t just in game design but in helping local card shops thrive and supporting the amazing communities they build.

Some of my favorite card games include Magic: The Gathering, Star Wars Unlimited, Lorcana, and Flesh and Blood. Whether it’s a casual match or a heated tournament, I love the way these games bring people together and create lasting memories. They’ve played a big role in shaping who I am, and I want to give back by helping others find their own passion and connection through games.
